Thank you for shopping with BeYOUtiful Being! Each order is prepared and packaged with care. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped and does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping & Tracking
Shipping rates and available delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that estimated delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. BeYOUtiful Being is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. BeYOUtiful Being is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Warm Weather Shipping
Our whipped body butters are made with nourishing butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. We take care when packaging your order; however, we cannot control temperatures or conditions while packages are in transit.

If your body butter arrives softened or melted, place the unopened jar upright in a cool area or refrigerator until it firms. Melting may change the whipped texture or volume of the product, but it does not necessarily mean the product is damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery using the contact form on our website. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
