What's the difference between body butter and lotion?
Body butter is typically richer and more concentrated than traditional lotion. Our whipped body butters are made with nourishing butters and oils to soften skin and help lock in moisture.
When is the best time to apply body butter?
Apply immediately after showering while your skin is still slightly damp to help lock in moisture and leave your skin feeling soft, smooth, and nourished.
Will my body butter feel greasy?
Our whipped body butters are formulated with arrowroot powder to help minimize greasiness while leaving your skin feeling soft and nourished.
What happens if my body butter melts during shipping?
Because our body butters are made with butters and oils, they may soften or melt when exposed to heat. If this happens, place your jar in a cool area to allow it to firm up. While the whipped texture may change, the product can still be used.
How long does a jar last?
A 4 oz jar lasts about 2 to 4 weeks with daily use; the 8 oz jar holds roughly twice as much. A little goes a long way.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship throughout the United States for a flat rate of $8, with complimentary shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted body care products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
